How did your college sports career prepare you for your post-graduation life?

College sports not only prepared me physically but also mentally for my post-graduation life. I learned time management, self-discipline, how to work with others and many other skills that I still use today.

If you could give one piece of advice to freshmen college athletes, what would it be?

Meet and get to know as many people as you can. Also, learn from every single one of them. Networking is one of the best tools you can use in so many ways.
