Frequently Asked Questions

How do you get all the information for the story?

Once you complete Step 1, our first form, we will send you and your SID an email with all the information we need to complete your story. Depending on your setup, this might include statistical data, photos, links to videos, etc.

How do you collect quotes from players and coaches?

We use our innovative online interview feature that allows players and coaches to type and/or audio-record responses to questions we agree upon beforehand. Players and coaches can then conveniently provide quotes at their own schedule.

What happens once we submitted all the information?

Once we have all the information for your story, our team will go to work and put together a beautiful, mobile-friendly, season review story. After 5-7 business days, we will send you and your team a link to review the story. If necessary, we take care of any revisions you might have.
