FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield University Athletics is teaming up with FanWord, a leading AI-powered storytelling platform in college sports, to supercharge its digital content strategy. With the rollout of FanWord Assist, the Stags will now have a powerful new way to capture and share the stories that define their programs – on the field, in the classroom, and across the community.
FanWord Assist gives athletic departments a faster, smarter way to create feature stories, student-athlete spotlights, game recaps, and player bios. The platform blends AI efficiency with staff control, helping programs scale content without sacrificing authenticity. For Fairfield, that means more opportunities to showcase the culture, competitiveness, and values behind its championship tradition – and to engage fans, alumni, and prospective student-athletes with fresh, dynamic storytelling.
